Thank you for shopping with Centered Creations! We want you to love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how our returns and refunds work.

Returns

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for:

  • Unused clothing in original condition

  • Non-custom items that are still in their original packaging

• We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Painted or handmade items made to order

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items damaged by the customer

To start a return, just email us at centeredcreationsco@gmail.com.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved.

• Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If something arrives damaged or wrong, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

• We’ll work quickly to make it right, whether it’s a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are handled like returns. Once we receive the returned item, you may place a new order.
